ProSport has been in operation since 1986. It was started by Richard Sutton an ex-professional footballer with Norwich City and an England Youth International who's career was cut short by injury.
What if I am uncomfortable ordering over the internet?
We would be happy to take your order over the phone. You can call us on 01603 405772, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Will I be charged for shipping?
For total orders under £100.00 to Mainland UK we charge a shipping and handling fee of £5.95. For all orders £100.00 and over Pro Sport will deliver carriage paid to Mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Wight you will be charged for consignments up to 30kg in weight. Please note that for heavy bulky items or multiple orders an extra charge may be made for delivery. Again you will be e-mailed with the approximate shipping charges and the goods will not be dispatched until after you have approved the quotation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take the following credit/debit cards- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Delta, Solo, JCB and Visa Electron. We also accept credit card payment over the phone and payment by cheque. If paying by cheque the goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared. Normally 5 working days. You are also able to pay for orders using your Google account by using the Google Checkout. All payments will be taken in GB Pound Stirling.
How do you send your orders?
All orders are sent using a signed for service. Your order will be delivered by DPD, Royal Mail or Parcel Force, while delivery times may vary, goods will normally be delivered within 5 working days. Pleae note that couriers and delivery services tend to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order. An alternative delivery address can be specified during the check out process. For the delivery of large items every effort will be made to arrange a convenient delivery time.
What happens if I'm not ay my delivery address at the time of delivery?
If you are out at the time of delivery the courier, shoudl leave a card expalning where the parcel is beingheld and their contact details. If someone else is at the address they may sign for the parcel, as the courier is contracted to deliver the parcel to the address stated not the person. In the event that you haven't received your parcel or a card within the expected delivery time please time please contact a member of our Customer Service team.
How do I find products on this site?
From the home page you will find 16 sections containing all of our products. Once inside a section you will see a list of product groups on the left hand side. Click the group that interests you. Once inside click the picture of the product you are interested in, this will take you to an individual product page where you can make colour or size selection and add it to your basket. To go back at any point within a section use the list on the left hand side or the links in the gray bar near the top. To go from one section to another you will need to go back to the homepage by either clicking the home link or the ProSport logo.
What sizing formats do we use?
All sizes shown on our website are UK sizes. If you are unsure what size to order please contact our Customer Service team who will try to convert this for you.
What if an item is out of stock?
When we receive your order we will make sure to see if it is in stock before your credit card is charged. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know how long it will take to arrive and if there are any alternatives that may be suitable for you. We may charge your card in advance if a product is to be ordered specially or customised to your own specifications.
What if I don't see what I am looking for?
We are constantly adding new products to our site and have tried our best to offer specialist sports equipment that covers many sports. It is our mission to help all sports people find the equipment they need so if you can't find what you need pleae contact us. It is most likely that we will be able to find and special order most requests.
If I place a pre-order will I receive the item in the release date?
Dates given for pre-order item on the website are expected delivery times to ProSportuk.com. Normal process and delivery times will apply from that date. In teh case of these dates being put back we will wndeavour to inform you by email or phone at the earliest posible time.

The product I received Looks different to the image on the website.
While every effort is made to ensure that products, prices and colours are correct on our website, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or product changes. All product images on our website are as accurate as possible, however due to the inconsistency of monitors and screens, colour tones and shades may not be exact to the product.
Do you have a Privacy Policy?
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use enabling us to improve the structure and layout of the site. We do not hold your credit card details after an order is processed and hence you will be asked to supply these details every time that you place an order with us.
We may use this information to send you details or special offers relating to products that we feel you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive this information please e-mail us on feedback@prosportuk.com. We do not disclose buyer's information to third parties.
